Matrix Polymers established its first compounding and grinding manufacturing plant in the Liverpool area in 1997. As the business has grown we have had to move into bigger premises and have now moved into our third factory.

Our new building, which is around 4200m² is located in Speke, 14km south east of Liverpool on the approach road into Liverpool (John Lennon) Airport.

Martin Coles, Managing Director said, "This is a significant investment into a larger building which we have completely refurbished. It will give us the space we need and more importantly much more power which allows us to increase greatly our production capacity. As well as upgrading and re-installing our existing equipment we have also added new compounding lines. These will help us to improve our economies of scale, shorten lead times and grow sales."
