Matrix Polymers in partnership with Gordon Ellis has helped Zombie Lighting to achieve the right solution for their new product Demon Lamp. The high surface definition, bright colour, heavy metal free pigments, durable material and high flow were all key factors in developing this innovative product. The product did present some challenges due to the tight corners but these were overcome thanks to the high level of rotomoulding expertise at Gordon Ellis. The grade used for Demon Lamp is Revolve N-461 which provided outstanding flow characteristics without compromising any of the impact performance.
