Revolve M-54 - A New Development in Foam PE Technology
Matrix has recently developed an ultra stiff rotomoulding PE foam grade. This new foam, Revolve M-54, is based on advanced technology and is designed to provide outstanding rigidity. It is suitable for use in a variety of demanding and extreme applications and can be combined with other Revolve products for use in double and/or triple layer applications.

For very tough and stiff products, such as those used in the leisure marine industry, Matrix advises its customers to use the new SuperLinear grade M-760 (0.952/3.3) as an external layer and the ultra stiff foam M-54 as an internal layer. Best results can be achieved by monitoring the internal temperature which will help to establish the optimum moulding conditions for maximum expansion.
