Increasing the wall thickness of part of your moulding is easy with the use of airflow amplifiers and these have become widely used throughout the rotational moulding industry. The airflow amplifier works by channeling a thin stream of compressed air which is used to redirect a large volume of hot oven or cooling air towards the target area. This is also useful in the cooling cycle to help cool down areas of a moulding which are particularly thick or in difficult to reach areas. The High Performance Amplifier is designed specifically for the rotomoulding process and the opening is preset to maximize the performance of the unit. This gives the moulder the opportunity to run multiple amplifiers on the same airline without loss of pressure or a drop in performance. The core and O rings are silver plated to eliminate seizing problems which could occur when the amplifiers are used at high temperatures. These products require a mounting bracket assembly.
