‘Just Right’ temperature labels can be used to indicate the internal air temperature achieved during the production cycle. The labels are attached to the inside of the mould and change colour permanently as the temperature inside the mould increases. This allows the moulder to see the maximum temperature during the cycle. ‘Just Right’ labels can be used in quality control to ensure the desired peak internal air temperature is achieved during production. They can also be attached to the outside of a mould to help identify hot and cold spots.
